Not all documents are required in every case, I will let you know what we will need, however you should be prepared to provide the following:

• Last two pay stubs
• Last two years W2s
• Last two years FULL tax returns if: self-employed, 1099, commission income (in full or part), unemployment income collected prior year, rental income collected, and some other circumstances as required
• Last two months bank statements (ALL pages)
• Current statement for other assets (401k, IRA, 403b, Mutual Funds, Stocks, etc.)(ALL pages)
• Statement / bill for ALL current mortgages
• Property tax bill for ALL properties owned
• Insurance information for ALL properties owned
• Deed for subject property

If applicable:

• Full divorce decree, with any support order(s)
• Bankruptcy papers

If a purchase:

• Purchase and Sale Agreement

Effective 10/1/2003: Required to comply with USA PATRIOT Act

• Legible copy of valid Drivers License
• Legible copy of Social Security Card
